Specializing in land acquisition, map approval, installation of the city infrastructure and building the homes.  We bought the ground, obtain necessary map approvals, installed the offsite improvements and built the houses.  I had a crew of 8 to 12 employees who would keep as much of the work in-house. We had the equipment and the personnel to install almost all the road improvements and build the houses using a limited number of outside contractors. 

 

Including but not limited to the following projects:

 

Alexander Estates, joint venture purchase of 23 finished lots. Build out the homes for sale and investments.

Driftwood Condominiums, 16 entry-level condominiums

Zerenberg’s commercial building 18th and k streets Merced

Heritage Park, land acquisition, map approvals installation of city infrastructure and building the homes.

County Living Estates, land acquisition, map approvals and installation of county infrastructure and building 12 homes.

Park Ave, 16 building pads, for retail sale, built 2-5656 square foot buildings including tenant improvements

Victoria Gables, 12 luxury condominiums

Camelot Estates, Assisted in designing layout and negotiated with City of Merced regarding approximately 100 10,000 square foot paper lots.

Sandoval Gardens, Midway district of Dos Palos. One of the very last Farmers Home Loan Program residential development projects. Land acquisition, infrastructure development and construction of 10 low cost homes

Sweetriver 10 lot purchases and construction of homes.
